Anunciada a data para o mais novo pacote de expansão exclusivo para o XBOX 360. Será no dia 29/10/2009. Ballad of Gay Tony promete ser mais glamuroso do que The Lost and Damned. GTA IV promete uma qualidade melhor ainda nos mods.

Como podem ver, um Maverick pelas ruas de Liberty City. Uma grande novidade vinda dos amigos da Brazilian Motors Team. Sempre inovando na cena de mods, agora começarão aparecer carros brasileiros no GTA IV. Também alguns carros feitos pelos gringos já estão começando a aparecer nos sites sobre GTA. Existe um Subaru Impreza disponível pra download no site www.gta4mod.com.

Maverick no GTA IV

Gostaria de aproveitar esse post e me desculpar pelo longo periodo de ausência. Agora estou retomando os meus projetos com força total e espero completar esse blog em breve. Obrigado pela sua visita.

A Rockstar liberou nesse dia 21 de março o mais novo patch para GTA IV. O patch traz algumas melhorias na detecção de mods, o que pode ser bom no caso do multiplayer, evitando cheaters de jogarem.

GRAPHICS:
Interior Lights for ATI 1900 series cards
- All light sources appear for users with 1900 series ATI cards. (ie. Pool Mini Game)
- ALT-TAB fixed

Graphics Settings
- Added menu option “OFF” for Reflection quality
- Added menu option “OFF” for Shadow quality

PERFORMANCE:
- Physics optimizations to improve situations with heavy physics calculations (ie. 32 player races)
- Graphical Performance Optimizations

MULTIPLAYER:
NAT Type detection
- Detect if user has a “strict” NAT and displays message for user

Voice chat is received even if your microphone is turned off

CONTROLS:
Keyboard/Mouse
- Remapping restrictions removed
- Allow Enter, Backspace, and Arrow keys to be remapped by user
- Allow multiple mouse buttons to be mapped

Enable/Disable DirectInput in Menu
- Users can now activate/deactivate Direct Input devices from “Controls” menu.
- If commandline “-usedirectinput” is active, it will override pause menu setting

Use 2 direct input devices simultaneously (ie. Wheel and Gamepad)
- Users can now use 2 different controllers at once, including 1 XInput and 1 Direct Input device

SECURITY:
Detect modified files and prevent users from entering multiplayer if found
- Game will prompt with a message after blocking user with modified data files from entering multiplayer
- Should prevent multiplayer access from cell phone and GFWL join in progress

VIDEO EDITOR:
Scroll Bar improved response
- Tweaked to respond better to keyboard inputs

Sped up load times for users with many clips

TITLE UPDATE 2 FIXES:
Return of Hot Dog Stands and other props
- Missing hot dog vendors, fences, gates, pylons should be present throughout the world

Scrolling signboards
- Activate missing scrolling signboard text (ie. highway signs, Star Junction, Clock Tower Sign)

ALT-TAB pauses game during cutscenes
- Cutscenes should now pause and resume correctly after an ALT-TAB task switch. Audio remains in sync

GENERAL ADDITIONS/FIXES:
Mismatched MODO/Perseus Clothing
- Fixed a bug when Niko mixes clothing from Perseus and Modo

360 Controller Texture
- Controller image should be visible in Controller Configuration screen

Esse tutorial tem o objetivo de instalar um mod que mostra a quantidade de gasolina, damage do motor e velocidade.

Requerimentos:

UPDADE OFICIAL MAIS NOVO DO GTA IV – 1.0.2.0

Asi Loader – Download
GTA IV File Check Disable Plugin v1.0.2 – Download
.NET Scripthook 0.86 – Download
Gangsta Killa’s Fuel Mod Version 2.1 – Download

Antes de começar, faça o update do GTA com o patch 1.0.2.0

1 – Extraia o Asi Loader na pasta principal de seu GTA 4, no caso, somente o arquivo dsound.dll.

2 – Extraia o File Check Disable na pasta principal também, no caso, um arquivo .asi (FileCheckFix.asi).

3 – O Script Hook também deve ser extraido na pasta principal. Caso você não extraia a pasta “scripts” que já vem no arquivo rar do Script Hook, crie a pasta “scripts” na pasta principal do GTA 4.

4 – Extraia o Fuel Mod (gkFuelMod.net.ini e gkFuelMod.net.dll) dentro da pasta “scripts” que você criou no passo 3 deste turorial.

Dentro do jogo, apaerte CTRL + O para ativar o Mod.

As outras opções:

Control + H -> Liga o pisca alerta
Control + Z -> Liga ou desliga as luzes (somente de noite)
R -> Reabastecer
Control + R -> Liga ou desliga o motor.
Control + S -> Liga ou desliga a barra que indica a velocidade.
Control + J -> Liga ou desliga a barra que indica o combustível.
Control + E -> Liga ou desliga a barra que indica o damage.

Ainda existem as opções mais avançadas como as que constam no read-me (em inglês):

To refill at a station, drive into the station, switch off the engine. Using the key press, if you get out of the car and turn it off by holding the exit button, it won’t work. You need to turn the engine off via the scripts key press (Default: Control + R). Now you can press and hold R to refuel. The price depends on the station you are at. The prices can be changed in the ini file. The price is deducted as you fill up. If you have a full tank then you can’t fill up. If you don’t have enough money then you cant fill up.

If you run out of fuel, the engine will switch off and cannot be restarted, the hazard lights will switch on and cannot be turned off. There are two options at this point.

- Call the mobile refuel service out. Although its not cheap $500 for 10L(if you use default pricing). If you call MOB 555 0100 on the phone, a red marker will appear on your rader, this is the mobile tanker. It should after a while, make its way to you and stop, you’ll know its ready when its hazard lights are on. You can then use this as a normal fuel station

- OR you can call TOW 555 0100 on the mobile, and a noose cruiser will be sent to you. This service costs $1000 and refills the car with a 100L of petrol, enough to get you to a petrol station.

You can steal fuel by pulling up in a location marked Steal Fuel and filling up as normal, when you pull away you’ll get a 2 star wanted level. The locations are tankers and fuel tanks that are around the islands.
